Q: Does your price include VAT?
A: Baby towels and bibs are exempted from VAT. All prices for puppet bath mitts include VAT at 20%.
Q: How much is the delivery charge?
Within the U.K.: £1.00 by First Class Royal Mail service.
Outside the U.K.: postage will be calculated upon checkout.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: It will usually take within 2-5 days. For personalised items, please add 2 working days on top.
(Please note that delivery to the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer).
Q: What are your payment methods?
A: You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Delta or Switch. We also accept Paypal.
Q: Can I cancel or amend my order?
A: You can cancel your order or change the delivery address if your order has not already been packed. However, we cannot add or remove items from your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We hope you would be happy with your purchase. If you would like to return the products for any reason, they have to be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. On the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, include your order number, contact and the reason for the return. Repackage the unused product in its original packaging, including any accessories that came with it and send them back to 45 Raglan Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0DU. Please note that we do not reimburse return postage costs. We can only deal with your case until the returned goods reach our warehouse so we recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office. For a personalised item, unless it is faulty, or else we cannot accept a return.
Q: What about faulty items?
A: We are very serious in quality control of our products. In the very rare occasion if you find any fault with our products, please return the goods to us for a full refund or replacement. On the back of your delivery note or on another piece of paper, include your order number, contact and state the defect. Send the goods and the note back to 45 Raglan Road, Reigate, Surrey RH2 0DU. We can only deal with your case until the returned goods reach our warehouse so we recommend you obtain a proof of posting certificate from the post office.
Q: What about data protection and privacy?
A: It is our policy to use your contact and card details solely for processing your order and giving you the best possible service. We do not store card details nor do we sell or pass them to other organisations. We only use the information we collect in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
